Are you familiar with limerence?

You are not in love with them.

You just want to be seen.

Limerence is a state of mind,

involving an intense obsessive attachment.

It results from romantic feelings for another person,

it isn't love and it isn't lust.

You have a desire to form a relationship.

You want your feelings reciprocated.

It's not your fault, it never was.

The symptoms include feracious longing.

I am forced to get closure.

It is the only way to move on.

You need to prioritize your well-being.

Embrace self-love and completeness.

Learn to love yourself.

It takes time to heal, don't worry.

You won't feel like this forever.

You will know love when you feel it,

don't give up.

It's just a bad case of limerence.
